At tj's, a commitment to quality is our tradition. Both in the products we sell and in our customer service, we want to insure that the special piece you buy comes with the dependable service you deserve.

Shipping Costs

First, shipping is always included in our prices. That's right. No additional shipping charges for customers in the US 48 states.

And it gets better...

Delivery is personally monitored by us. Pieces that can be shipped are professionally packed and insured. Larger pieces are personally delivered to our customers in New England, upstate New York and southeastern Canada. We guarantee delivery to all our customers in the US 48 states; other locations, just contact us. We have a long history of dependable deliveries to our customers. Many deliveries are personally made by us or by a highly trusted representative.

Returns Policy

Customer service is our number one priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and let us know about the situation. Our policy is to promptly refund the purchase price to you with a check. Of course we also would like the opportunity to correct the problem, but rest assured, we will issue a refund check at once if that is your wish.

When we custom order or fabricate a piece, such as a furniture item or window treatment, these, of course, are not returnable.
